Dear Beloved Community Bridge-Builders
In anticipation of the elections being over, we would like to invite you to attend a Beloved Community Coalition (BeCoCo) post-election Indaba in person and virtual on Saturday, June 1, 2024 at 9:30a-2p. The in-person gathering will take place at Bertha House (Mzandisi Hall). Bertha House is located at 69 Main Road in Mowbray, Cape Town 7700. The ZOOM link will be provide after registration.
We will explore the question, “Beyond 30 Years of Democracy: Where Do We Go From Here? As a constitutional democracy, how can we as South Africans allow the preamble of our constitution to become a practical pathway for us towards audacious bridging, courageous becoming and bold belonging. Join us for deliberate dialogue to discuss next steps in organizing accountability for those who have been elected.
